Lively and sparkling with freshness

PetNat

Sparkling wine, a blend of Pinot Auxerrois and Gewurztraminer.

To make Pet' Nat or Pétillant naturel, we use the ancestral method, the oldest way of making sparkling wine. It's a simple method that involves cutting off the alcoholic fermentation of a wine, then restarting it in the bottle at a later stage to capture the bubbles. It is a naturally sparkling wine that has undergone as little intervention as possible; no inputs or sulphites are added.
