The Valley of Munster is a land of tradition where the cultivation of the vine cousins with the elaboration of the famous Munster. Taste, exchange and share the great wine and cheese combinations of the Valley and be surprised by these harmonious combinations!
Riesling goes well with goat's and sheep's cheeses thanks to its freshness and acidity. The Crémant pleasantly surprises with a Camembert, prolonging its light bitterness. For a Comté or a Beaufort, we will open a Pinot Gris which will be able to answer the character of pressed pasta. The Gewurztraminer has all its place alongside a Munster or a Maroilles. Its beautiful structure and its full-bodied side go perfectly with these strong and assertive cheeses. As for the Late Harvest, it goes well with Roquefort and blue-veined pasta. Powerful aromas of cheese and sweetness of wine balance each other on tasting.
