Mémoire de Granit

This cuvée comes from the heart of the press of our oldest vines and the most deeply rooted in our granite terroirs. The grapes are harvested at full maturity.

No malolactic fermentation to preserve the natural freshness and aromatic finesse.

Aged on laths for 37 months.

Hand stirring.

Zero dosage

Tasting notes

  • Crystalline colour with pale gold highlights.
  • A delicate, open and very pure nose, citrus notes on a floral background.
  • Elegant, very suave, pure and chiselled on the palate with a nice tension. The finish is straightforward with beautiful mineral bitters and a salinity characteristic of granite terroirs.

Food and wine pairing

A true gourmet Crémant, it will go wonderfully well with seafood and fresh cheeses.
